Help out your local museum while gratifying your palate October 30th when the Columbia Historical Museum will be selling delicious pulled pork sandwiches with a bag of chips. Museum directors are planning BBQ sandwich sales in a drive-through station at the historic Rosenwald School’s parking lot at the corner of Broad and Clay streets in West Columbia before the Roughnecks’ final home game of the 2026 season. The Bay City Black Cats will be the Roughnecks’ opponent the last Friday in October, which will be the final home game this year. Kickoff for the game is scheduled for 7 p.m. The pulled pork sandwiches will be sold for $15 each beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, October 30th. Profits from the sales will benefit the museum’s scholarship fund. Bayou Boys Catering, working with Quentin Fojtik of Damon, will be preparing the pulled pork sandwiches.
